We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. In case of later departure, please contact our staff. Depending on availability, a late check-out fee will apply.
All rooms are equipped with linen suitable for allergy sufferers (no feathers, wool or similar). In addition, all mattresses are protected against mite infestation. Special treatments are carried out in all rooms on a regular basis to disinfect and keep them clean for allergy sufferers.
Located on the 1st floor. You are welcome to iron your clothes here at any time free of charge. You can also get fresh towels, toilet paper etc.

You need an additional baby cot? We will gladly provide you with a baby cot free of charge.
These can be deposited in your room safe. We kindly ask you to make use of this possibility, otherwise the hotel will not be liable.

If you wish, your laundry can be ironed by a dry cleaner outside our house.
On weekdays, we kindly ask you to return items of clothing that are needed on the same day by 9:00 a.m. We do not offer a cleaning service on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Laundry bags and cleaning lists are in the wardrobe.

For fire safety reasons, the use of your own electrical heating devices (e.g. kettles) is not permitted in the room. You are welcome to use our coffee machine to heat water, otherwise we will be happy to bring a hotel-owned kettle to your room.

You can reach the airport in comfortably equipped Lufthansa buses directly from the bus station at the main railway station. The journey time by bus or train is approx. 45 minutes.
A well-stocked American breakfast buffet awaits you daily from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 am. On Sundays and holidays, we serve breakfast from 07:00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.
You can store your luggage in our luggage room in the lobby after departure.

SAY “NO THANKS” TO ROOM CLEANING for stays of more than 1 night. Tell the staff at reception that you are a GreenStayer. If you don’t have it yet, pick up your thank-you voucher worth EUR 10.00 at reception. Feel free to use this for our cocktail bar, Market sale or breakfast.

For safety reasons, this may only be used in case of fire. It is strictly prohibited to use this as an exit for smoking.
You may find it in the bathroom.
Bringing pets is only allowed on request and for a fee of EUR 25.00 per night. This must be requested before visiting the hotel.

On request, we have various pillows (neck support pillow, neck roll, feather pillow and small pillows) available for you. Please contact our staff for this. You can also find some pillows in our amenity room on the first floor. You are also welcome to contact us

All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. If you smoke in the non-smoking room, we have to charge you an extra fee for separate cleaning and decommissioning for 24 hours.
In the immediate vicinity of the hotel, you will find the underground, S-Bahn, tram and bus connections.
Parking is available in the underground garage for a fee and prior reservation.
