All rooms are equipped with linen suitable for allergy sufferers (no feathers, wool or similar). In addition, all mattresses are protected against mite infestation. Special treatments are carried out in all rooms on a regular basis to disinfect and keep them clean for allergy sufferers.

You need an additional baby cot? We will gladly provide you with a baby cot free of charge.
These can be deposited in your room safe. We kindly ask you to make use of this possibility, otherwise the hotel will not be liable.

If you wish, your laundry can be ironed by a dry cleaner outside our house.
On weekdays, we kindly ask you to return items of clothing that are needed on the same day by 9:00 a.m. We do not offer a cleaning service on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Laundry bags and cleaning lists are in the wardrobe.

At our KING’s Bar we will be happy to serve you with delicious cocktails and small snacks from the menu. Opening hours: daily from 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Friday and Saturday until 01:00 a.m.

You can reach the airport in comfortably equipped Lufthansa buses at the main station in Arnulfstraße. Departure times are from 5:15 a.m. to 7:55 p.m. at 20-minute intervals – or with the S8 + S1 from the main station, departure times from 3:15 a.m. to 11:52 p.m., also at 20-minute intervals. The journey time by bus or train is approx. 45 minutes. Price approx. EUR 12,00.
A well-stocked American breakfast buffet awaits you daily from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 am. On Sundays and holidays, we serve breakfast from 07:00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.

In the basement you will find free lockers. You may use them after check-out until 6 p.m. You will need your room card for this.

SAY “NO THANKS” TO ROOM CLEANING for stays of more than 1 night. Tell the staff at reception that you are a GreenStayer. If you don’t have it yet, pick up your thank-you voucher worth EUR 10.00 at reception. Feel free to use this for our cocktail bar, Market sale or breakfast.

For safety reasons, this may only be used in case of fire. It is strictly prohibited to use this as an exit for smoking.
You may find it in the bathroom.

Bringing pets is only allowed on request and for a fee of EUR 20.00 per night. This must be requested before visiting the hotel.

All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. If you smoke in the non-smoking room, we have to charge you an extra fee for separate cleaning and decommissioning for 24 hours.
